Their product knowledge was thorough. Installers were neat and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. They also went the extra mile by suggesting ways to ensure maintenance, such as installing a drainage pan under the tank to prevent future damage. My installations were completed on time that day as promised. Even the inspector from Hydro commented on the exceptional job the installers had done. We recently moved into a brand new home here in Winnipeg. The contractor warned us before we even moved in that we would have trouble with moisture and humidity. Last month, noth my hot water tank AND furnace went on the fritz. Living on my own in my first home, I was overwhelmed with who to call and pretty worried about cost. I had heard of Aire Serv through a friend of a friend and decided to give them a call. I had Marco over for an estimate, which, despite my hectic schedule, was fairly easy to arrange. He was very professional, easy to talk to and extremely down to earth when it came to replacement options. He listened to my needs for the present, as well as my concern for the future.
